Very clean looking the headboard is simply fabulous. My Parents said it was very comfortable and looks beautiful. Money well spent!There’s spots and chips all over the base. Overall the product is very flimsy. That headboard cannot stand on its own, so you have to push it against the wall. I didn’t think I would have this much of an issue because they were more positive reviews then negative.The headboard, which was cream in the picture, is more a tannish/yellow so that is not our fave for sure, but it's a good guest bed. Guests have mentioned it is a little soft as matresses go, but again, no one sleeps on it full time.So I chose not to return the bed because I needed it and the headboard connects. Now it woulda been a 5 star review if the headboard weren't an issue because assembly was easy and it is a quality bed for the price. BUT, the screw on the right sight of the bed which connects the headboard to the bed was off by less then 1/4" of an inch. It was such a bummer, i got the screw in, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get it all the way connected so it's a little shaky on that side.I liked the frame, very beautifulNo big complaints! Had a quality issue with one of the threads on the legs but I contacted them and they sent out a new part immediately and also sent pictures showing the part they sent me, did screw into the bracket!The headboard is a little wobbly still, a bar or extra board running vertically may help. But overall, I love the frame!Product is great. Just missing screwsI am truly impressed with the bed design. The customer service has been great too. We had a a peice that was not working because of a flaw, we emailed like instructed and received a reply with in 3 hrs and they replaced the part asap and fed ex it. Keep me posted on tracking as well. One we started putting the bed together I realized how well designed this was. Very strong and well supported. I love that I was able to get rid of the box spring completely. I would buy this bed again for my self!
