Beautiful well made, came with visible damage from the warehouse. Was well delivered but the damage was too visible. The return was a nightmare, all I requested is to have just the item that was damaged replaced. They agreed and changed their mind. Spoke with many representatives and the ones from overseas we're like robots. The reps from the USA all gave me different scenarios and were passive-aggressive. I even agreed to a discount and have someone fix it, they agreed and nothing came of it. Finely was returned and picked up 2 weeks later, which is not mentioned on their return. Now I just found out that that bed will end up in the trash. What a waste. Furniture orders from Amazon are not worth it, returns are not easy and reps will tell you whatever you want to hear just to hang up. Not cool Amazon. Had to pay some e to being the bed up when it arrived and down for pick up. Shame on you.
