Is not too firm but not too softFairly soft and squishy well filled pillows. Must use a zippered cover to avoid feather shed, but thats pretty standard.My bed. Wanted fluffierThese pillows are amazing! Never had the best sleep in along time!Its been a few weeks and my son hasn't complained. Its very hard to find a pillow that suits your sleeping pattern. Because of Covid, if he doesn't like it, I won't return but its not that fluffy feels like its missing stuffing. Use caution if you decide to buyThe pillows I've been using are decades old. They were down when I first bought them and the down has disintegrated. However, I could fold and manipulate them so they fit my neck perfectly.After much searching for reasonably-priced down or down/feather combo I settled on these.They have a lot of loft, especially if you let expand for a few days before fluffing. The are so soft but can remain firm if you need it. My head sinks into the pillow to the perfect height simply by rearranging the down. They'd also be good if you need to prop yourself up in bed.My only complaint is that, even with floor and ceiling fans, I still get hot on the back of my neck. This isn't uncommon for pillows with this kind of fill, but it is frustrating.I definitely recommend them and expect to be a repeat customer.I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about ordering these pillows because I really wanted pillows like you get at a Hilton. I am so glad I ordered these! They are packaged very well and all you have to do is give them a little fluff and they come to life! Exactly what I wanted and just like the Hilton pillows. So fluffy and comfortable. Very well made quality pillows. I love them so much I will order more. Don’t think twice just get them. You won’t regret it.Seriously, it has taken me decades to find a pillow to replace my trusty old beat up one. I think it sent me into a coma last night I slept so good. And for the price totally worth it!!These product is supposed to be 100% goose dawn and cotton cover. It's all polyester! Nothing natural in these pillows! Beware.
