Put them in the dryer to plump them, the cooling is like what I expected, only cool to the touch- lay on them and they go warm.. but I hug into my pillows and this one is so comfy... happy with my purchaseI thought pillow would be much more cooling. This being said they are fine pillows for everyday use.So glad I bought these pillows! Super soft yet firm enough for my back/side sleeping. Cover is removable to be easily washed. Great deal and product!I would like to rate the comfort higher but since I felt no cooling effects I just can't. It's very comfortable except for that.Just got this will open one and see how it goes.These pillows hit all points with my family. Cool & comfy!!This pillow was supposed to be firm and it was super soft, the cooling part did not work at all. I cannot recommend this pillow!N/A
