We bought this pillow because of the memory foam support and the gel cooling feature. After 2 months of use, the gel cool feature doesn't work. The support is on the firm side as described, but the cooling benefit isn't. Other foam pillows we have are cooler, so don't buy this one if cooling is important to you. We'd return it if we could, but the window for that closed after just 1 month.I’ve been using these pillows for awhile now. I do not believe the cooling works. However I kept them because they are some of the most comfortable pillows I have ever owned.I bought 2 of these pillows a few weeks back. One was fine, one not so much. Since taking it from the package it has had a terrible smell, mildew. I have put in dryer with dryer sheets thinking this will help, NOPE. Air dried for weeks and still the smell is so awful. I am about to cut it open to see what is making this pillow smell the way it does.It's basically flat in the morning with a sore neck
