This Phantoscope pillow is a clear winner for me, first of all because it was the only pillow out of 3 that was cooling, and it did it for the least amount of money too. It is a little heavier because of the shredded light green gel infused memory foam, but it keeps the pillow in place a little better for the weight. I compared it to 2 others, that looked like they use the same white foam as each other, the Homelab and DreamyBlue pillows.I tried adding and subtracting foam with all of them, because they are all adjustable, and with different covers as well, but the Phantoscope is the only one that kept my head cool for long. Of course, once heated, you need to turn it when you awaken, but it didn't wake me prematurely because I was too hot either. I just routinely flip my pillows when I wake up, because I do sleep hot.It is comfortable too, and being able to adjust it to your preference for amount of fill is almost essential to any pillow being offered today.
