Better than what I expected. Firm and liked thatI sleep on my side, and haven’t been comfortable - till now. This pillow is incredibly soft (I thought I needed firm - not so); it comes with a firm pad that will fit inside, which might be helpful in the future. My sleep has improved dramatically. Thank you!!Very versatile! Was able to make 2 pillows out of it. Love the different softness and height.Got this due to the idea of being able to customize the firmness and comfort as ordering pillows online otherwise is a gamble as to whether they will work for you.I found that it was too soft without the firm insert as all the fluffiness squished to nothing with your head but the full middle section was too rigid. So I went to remove one of the two sections in that firm container only to find the zipper was stuck. Nothing I could do to make it open. The other two sections and the outer zipper was fine.I got a replacement but this one's firm section had zipper pieces instead of a zipper. Somehow it had been broken into many pieces and they still shipped it. I don't know if the rest of the zippers worked ok on this one as I only took out the firm section.Love the idea but the reason to pay more for this customizable pillow goes out the window when they cheap out on the zippers.As a result of a neck injury sustained during a military night parachute jump, I experienced persistent neck stiffness and pain. Eventually, three of my neck vertebrae were surgically fused. I learned to live with neck stiffness and pain 24/7. As I take a prescription blood thinner, my anti-inflammatory medication options were limited. I searched Amazon for any pillow that purported to ease neck pain. Finally, I read the reviews of the SONORO KATE, which was the only pillow to receive a five- star customer review rating. I immediately ordered two standard size pillows. After the first night, my neck pain vanished. After using the pillow for a week now, I am still free of any neck pain. I would never have believed that something so simple as a pillow, could make such an incredible change in my life. My wife, who suffers from arthritic neck pain, is also pain- free now. I recently purchased two more pillows for relatives. .Don’t buy it! It’s absolute junk. Zipper wasn’t even attached, see photos. The zipper pull is mangled. The memory foam insert is less than an inch thick. I should’ve listed to the reviews. I guess they don’t inspect their inventory before packaging.Pretty nice, standard bedsheets.Where has this pillow been my entire life? It's just the right thickness and firmness to fit between my head and shoulder, since I'm a side sleeper.
