This is my 3rd pair of the Claire Sandal by Bed Stu. I find them to be true to size. They are comfortable but definitely hug your feet right out of the box. Be patient and let them stretch and form to your feet. They are great quality and stylish. After about a year or so I had a thin rubber sole put on my other pairs to protect the sole-very reasonable to prolong the life of the sandal. The nectar is a beautiful pearly distressed white. You won't be disappointed!I love these shoes. The only problem is the middle piece at the ankle. The way it's sewn causes it to turn in just a little. It rubsand irritates my ankles with each step. I put a Bandaid at the area since I had a long dress on (only worn once so far) and that worked. I will continue to try to find a way to work around this issue.I have admired these sandals for a long time and finally invested in them. I am so delighted with them. They fit true to size for me and the leather is so soft and supple - comfortable right out of the box! I absolutely love them and would love to get them in another color but as of now they don’t have the color I’m looking for in my size :/Anyways...my advice is if you’re on the fence about whether to get these shoes or not..... GET THEM.Very cute sandals with quality uppers. These sandals fit nicely and are comfortable for flats. They have no support at all so be aware. Also, the soles have no traction. I slipped and fell a few times wearing them, so be careful.When the shoe arrived, the leather was so tight I could barely get my foot in (and I have thin feet), but they did loosen up to fit comfortably after a few times wearing them. My biggest complaint is the buckles - if I had realized you had to hook both to put them on and take them off rather than having a zipper, I may have looked for a different option. One of the pieces of leather already tore in half after just a month of wear. Shoes I have paid much less for have been far more durable.Obsessed. I got these a few weeks ago and I wear them every chance I get! They are so comfortable. Beautiful genuine leather that is so soft and supple. They required no breaking in. Ive gotten compliments every time I’ve worn them. I’ve already bought another pair of Bed Stu sandals and am as equally thrilled with them! Worth every penny!
