New favorite pillowsGreat set for the price but I like mine to be more firm. Still happy with the product and my wife thinks they are perfectBeen using this for almost a week now and I love it. Its very soft. Didnot take much time to fluff. However, this is definitely not a medium or firm pillow. Its soft and just to my liking. I have seen reviews where it says, it lopsided after sleeping, but i havent had that problem with mine.P.S. If you are looking for neck support while sleeping, then definitely not for you!I love the firmness of the productLove these. Cooling side works great. Not too firm or too soft.We have a king bed, so we always bought king pillows and could never find one the was soft. Oh, Gracious! Thought I would try standard pillows. Well, not only are these pillows a bargain for your buck, thy are soft, relaxing to lay your head on and they don't make your neck hurt in the morning from a pillow that is too hard.Summary: soft, does not dissinagrate over time. I noticed that with these pillows I actually feel much better sleeping on my sides and not my belly, which is nice because I don’t have as much back pain anymore because of it.I would recommend these pillows to anyone.
