They came in a reusable bag which was great. But when I looked in I noticed that 1 was more vacuumed sealed than the other one which did worry me. I did let them sit for 24 hours before I fluffed them up and did it the way the instructions said. That is definitely something you need to do otherwise you will be very disappointed in them.After a week I’m so so on them. They are not as firm as I was hoping but they did keep their fluffiness. They are very comfortable to sleep on whether you sleep on your side or back. So I will keep trying them for awhile longer and update the review.One thing i noticed was other reviews had a completely different bag they came in with a different name on them. It could be because there are 3 types of pillows that they offer. They do suggest putting them for a few hours in the sun but that is not always possible for some people who live in condos/apartments or in places where the sun doesn’t come out in the winter.I am satisfied with these pillows. When I first opened them up they looked very flat but that was because they were sealed tight in the package,once They were out they fluffed up and got a bit bigger. They are soft snd comfortable . I like them !!If you like flatter pillows these are for you. I like really soft fluffy pillows and I didn’t like these. They are memory foam but it’s not the best quality memory foam.Wanted to add some pillows on my bed, they’re Just as described & Very comfortable !I love using these pillows! They are good for side sleepers. I also sleep on my back sometimes and it is still comfortable.I love this pillows, usually use more than 1 pillow for sleep and this set was amazing because it’s super comfortable and easy to clean. Love itThe pillows came vacuum sealed. They came in a nice bag reusable.I open them and let them fluff up. I stack both and got a great comfortable sleep.These came in a rather large reusable bag, so a bunch of points for that because I love reusable bags.They also came in individual vacuum-sealed wrapping. One was already starting to plump up (perhaps that particular wrapping had a hole or something - I couldn't see any flaws) and the other was fully flat. I looked over the instructions and left them out for the night and then did the fluff-up (long sides, short sides).These pillows are a nice plumpness and soft to sleep on. I grabbed one when I was sleeping the other night and substituted it for the pillow I was using at the time. Slept fantastic on it.
