When I first opened the pillow, it was flat. They say to tumble dry it...so I tried that. It helped, but I found it worked better to fluff it by hand. Just grab hold of it in a couple different spots and shake it, then move your hands to another spot and do it again. Repeat until it is fluffed enough.After fluffing, I laid on it and it felt like it didn't support enough, so I added a generous handful of stuffing (which they send with it!!). That helped, but then it was really hard...so after a couple of nights, I took the handful back out and now just bunch it up when I lay down...so it is closer to my neck while comfortably cradling my head. It works.Wouldn't say this is my favorite, but I'm super picky so I don't know if I'll ever find the perfect pillow. My neck doesn't hurt like it did with the old pillow and I've been sleeping on this one for about a month now. That's a win for me.I have to have rock like pillow with soft give.this pillow feels that need lot of extra firm pillows care just filling like used in stuffed and tend to flatten out too soon.this one has zipper so can fluff up stuffing easy. The quilted cover is soft the zipper and stitching looks sturdy. I ordered 2 pillows one 2days after 1st. So if like a firm pillow this great. But can even make it softer .again love itAmazing!First, when I received the package I was surprised as the box is quite small, but the pillow takes its original (big) size in a few minutes. Very comfy. And really not expensive.Thank you,This is a great pillow at a great price. I’ve tried a few other pillows out before finding this. I’ll be ordering a couple more.Pillow quality and support is excellent no more neck pain. This is my second purchase will definitely buy againPillow is very comfortable. I like that it’s adjustable depending on how I’m sleeping. Stays cool too.Excellent because it’s adjustable to feed your comfort level. It will fluff or de-fluff according to what you like. Have I mentioned the stuffing is customizable! You can literally take it out or add it back!A bit of a pain to get it out of the zippered sleeve packaging. I struggled and then just took some scissors to it. Would be helpful if it zipped down the side as well as around the top. Other than that, its great pillow. Very comfy.
